Neolectric Public License

This software is released under a dual license. You can use it under the
conditions specified by the GNU GPL license http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html
or you can negotiate a commercial license with Neolectric Inc.

This package includes classes from the Apache Software Foundation that 
perform xml parsing and base64 decoding. The Apache license is included
with distributions obtained from Neolectric and must be passed on when
redistributed by others.
